Return and Returns Policy

1. Right to Cancel
In the United kingdom you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

  • Customized or bespoke products

2. How to Return a Product
To return goods, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department to request a collection.
  • Ensure that the goods are in a resalable condition and have not been used.
  • Pack the goods properly in the original box to avoid damage.
  • You can find the return form here.

Information required for return:

  • Online order number
  • Collection address
  • Available collection dates

If you are not at home at the time of collection, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the direct costs of the failed return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

3. Processing Refunds
Once the goods are returned to our Distribution Center, it will take 24-48 hours to process the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that there may be delays depending on your bank.

4. What Gets Refunded
Refunds include the purchase price of the product and the standard delivery charge, minus any collection charges. All free items included in the original order must also be returned to receive a full refund. If any items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct this from the value of the refund.

5. Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please include the following information:

  • An image of the damaged item for our investigations
  • Images of any damaged packaging
  • The online order number – this can be located on your order confirmation email and in your My Account
  • A description of the damage
  • If you would prefer a replacement item (stock prevailing), or a refund
  • Part Number(s) (if applicable)
  • What available collection dates are suitable for you
  • Collection address

6. Faulty Products within 30 Days
If a product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer an exchange, refund, or repair, in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Faulty Products within 1 Year
If a product develops a fault within one year of purchase, please return the product along with your order confirmation. If the fault is not due to customer negligence, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
